mounds are supposed to go back horizontally before dropping off and no matter how you pitch you are still going to be lower from when you start to when you finish so no matter how you pitch eye level will change so then why not pitch the more efficient way and step back.
I like the tight glove side. You lose power by not staying back (rushing) and I would like to see your back flatter on your finish. Keep working on it.
you're rushing inbetween pitches you're also to tense. besides that good, oh yeah and you land on a front leg not good either, haha i do the same thing though
Also keep your left leg straight when you pick it up for your delivery.

Dont take such a big first step back. its just to set up your feet. your vision level changes with that big step

no he should take that exact size step back it was perfect it gathers momentum and he should move quickly into a longer stride
this should not be confused with rushing.
moving fast into a long stride is different and efficent
