you cant decide because they did it in two opposite ways as jack tried to be more funny about his role as the joker whereas heath was far more sadistic and dark in his role so I remain undecided

I know everybody is saying that heath is the best joker, but personaly, I think it was jack. Heath didn't really capture the character. The joker is supposed to be happy, loony, and insane all the time. And I think Jack really captured that.

i think heath ledger is alot more better. he plays the joker alot better
