=P No video on youtube is ever of good quality.. unless it has HD mode. The game itself looks amazing. IMO it looks too good to be on PSP.. lol. But I mean, only a company like Square Enix can make it possible xD

There isn't a region lock, so you can just play it on your PSP like any other game AFAIK.
