Why are you touching this stuff when you dont know what it is? atleast you are aware of it, most people just see this stuff and dont think nothing of it proving just how numb the minds of the masses really are.
Thank you for documenting this, my husband is very skeptical, and has a hard time understanding chemtrails. I do know that if you spray vinegar outside it dissolves them before they are able to spread into the fibery fake clouds. Please do not touch them...they can be hazardous to your health.
I think that is a chem-web that was hanging from the tree. They are sticky. Do not touch them if you see this again. Chem-webs fall from the sky. We are getting them again in Phoenix. They attach to trees, shrubs, everything. They can be very lengthy and stretch a long ways. Best seen in the early morning or late afternoon in strong lighting. Low level intellingence. take it to a laboratory and get it analyzed, or see if there is a place online you can mail it to and get it analyzed.
