@charizard8989 do an ordinary long jump ( runthen press and hold Z then press a) then move the control stick opposite the direction you went. Press A to do a BLJ when you land. To bypass walls go to a case of stairs or force yourself into a wall and BLJ and repeatably tap A as fast as you can.

Note: It take alot of practice to do!
