  • It depends on how hard you work.

  • i can power clean 135, weigh abotu 135 and am 15 and a freshamn.. how much do you think ill be ablie to do as a senior?

  • @BMXlucasWatkins stay in the weight room. i go to the weight room every other day and freshman year i was 130 and i cleaned 160. sophomore year i was 135 and cleaned 190. but then i put in a lot of work now my junior year and i'm 150 and clean 230. so if you stay in the weight room consistently youll jump at least 100 pounds

  • @BMXlucasWatkins dumbass question. too many variables

  • that was not a power clean at all??

  • @stoneNZL dude dont get stupid technical on terms just because he went down low. hes still lifting big weight bottom line

  • @avorachak127 he probably weighs 200. its not big weight at all

  • how heavy was he when he did this

  • @football4mylife72 This is me and i was about 200-215 my junior year

  • This is not a power clean, it is simply a clean, or a 'squat' clean to the very specific. But a power clean it is not.

  • what would be wrong with calling it it's proper name, squat clean, still a good lift. You would think with the internet and ways to research things easily now that there would be smarter people out there, but I guess not.

  • A power clean is from the ground. A hang clean starts at the mid-thigh/knee level.

  • This is a full clean, you drive the bar up with your hips and shrug a bit for a powerclean. No squatting i'm afraid....

  • wtf is the difference it was a fucking power clean, this kid was a junior and now is playing at catawba

  • I thought it was supposed to be a powerclean?

    that was a full clean

  • full cleans can move more weight

  • great form and power!

  • that was a power clean

  • 4 green plates = 40kg (88lbs)

    2 yellow plates = 30kg (66lbs)

    2 5kg plates = 10kg (22lbs)

    1 bar = 20kg (44lbs)

220 is 300? How you figure?

  • 4-45 pound plates

    2-25 pound plates

    2-10 pound plates

    2-2.5 pound plates

    1-45 pound bar.

  • thats not a power clean. That was a clean!
