  • I use the the Benjamin trail np xl 22 cal it shoots at 1100 fps which is like 22 fpe with 14 gr pellets verry accurate and even more quiet than the whisper but no iron sights

  • i acually am killing squirls to use as bate so i can get rid of the fox in my yard lol

  • squirrels look tasty

  • i like your videos mate.ty =)

  • so, how does the squirrel actually taste?! unless u just gave it to yur dog which i would do

  • @Taud good if you season it right!

  • @Taud They taste great man, you should really give it a try.

  • @Taud squirrel tastes kind of like turkey but its pretty gamey

  • how did you make the blow gun

  • great video!! subscribe

  • I'm looking for a Air Rifle for medium and small game and i'm considering the Hunter Extreme in .177 from Gamo but what Air Rifle do you think would be best for medium and small game?

  • @MrDPG22 I have the Remington Vantage 1200 and it has the take down power that you need for a very cheap price. Only around110$

  • this gun shoots 1200 fps i have it.

  • You might like my Exploding Tip Blow Dart Video.

  • are the pellets pointed?

  • were the pellets like flat heads or pointed?

  • were the pellets like flat heads or pointed??

  • what have you found most useful for baiting rabbits

  • Hey man thanks alot for the video it really helped. very appericiated

  • great vid 5/5

  • Sensible way to hunt and humane to the animal.

You know the distance and don't fire wildly at long distances.

I fire kebab sticks in a blowgun - but we can't even buy blowguns in the uk anymore!

  • can i hunt with the crosman storm xt

  • @TheWjl1234

you could hunt with a six inch piece of bamboo if you wanted to

  • I also have a 5ft cold steel blowgun and you would be amazed at the accuracy at 15-20 yards!! It has plenty of power to dispatch rabbit, squirrel, raccoons, etc. Get yourself one, I promise you won't be disappointed!!

  • i have an old gamo shadow 1000 it is loud and it needs a new scope so i wanna hunt small game and i cannot decide between this and a blow gun, considering that i might be shooting around people and i want a .22 also for hunting, there is grouse rabbit squirrel ptarmigan and other things as close as i can get...what do ou reccomend?

  • Well, I would get a scope for the air rifle first and hunt with that. Blow gunning is a very hit or miss sport (at least for me) and with the rifle you can reach out a little further and hit something. Blow gunning you have to be very close, I only use it for game that's in a tree. Hope that helps!

  • @pyrotek13579 if you want to use a 22 use 22 shorts there called cbcaps by remington there quiet they shoot 720 fps. ive takin down a raccoon with them

  • and wat do u think is the best time to hunt in the winter morning night

for me the squirrels r out in the middle of the day

  • In the winter I get them between about 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Spring and summer, I hit them all day long.

  • i have the gamo whisper

very nice so far got 3 squirrels in a lil time nice vid

  • have you hunted band tail pigeon?

    there good

  • i want a cold steel blowgun i will also get the 2 foot extintion should i get the 4 foot gun or 5 foot gun? i will also use it as a walking stick and im 6 foot 3 so 5 inch may be to much?

  • what do you hunt?

  • Small game, mostly squirrel.

  • do ya eatem?

  • of course

  • an i have your scope because i cant afford one

  • Very cool. Ive watched alot of your videos they are respecatable. I need to get some money, ive wanted a gamo gun since a few years ago. At first I wanted the varmint hunter, now i like the hunter... im not sure which model i would get though. how much of a difference is there between .177 and .22 ? I also got a .40 cal blow gun i think it is, a few years ago when i was like 14. Always wanted one. 48" and 36" I got really good with the 48 but never hunted anything. I guess .50 is better anyway

  • @sk8ergangsta2003 i am getting a blowgun pretty soon but i dont have any experience. What i can tell you is that gamo airguns are completely worth the money. we shoot squirrils and chipmunks with them all the time. The 22 is quite a bit bigger than the 177 but my gun is a 177. never tried the 22 but i imagine its just as good or even better.

  • yeah they deffinatley seem like great guns ive just never tried one out, but i love break barrels just because its so easy compaired to the pump kinds ive had.

  • You sound like a military instructor .

  • Very nice... Sounds like a lot of fun. I'll definitely try your technique.

  • MR. T!

  • did you put a silencer on that air rifle?

  • It comes with a "silencer" attached but it doesn't really make that much of a difference to me. Maybe because I'm firing it, but down range it may make a difference.

  • that is soo cool. in australia the laws on firearms and blowguns are so strict so i had to make my own blowguns and darts.

    you have very good equipment

  • I'm sorry that you have to put up with racists losers that leave ridiculous comments after comments. I hope you can see past that because the majority are good people. It's always that a handful of rotten apples try to spoil the whole barrel. You are good, you have my respect.

  • hy man can you make a vid about your home made 7 foot blowgun

  • What black people don't go in to the woods.

  • i would usually say the same but with someone like this guy who actually acts civilized and non retarded i give him much respect

  • Educate yourself young man. There are plenty of "black people" who hunt and fish. Enjoying the outdoors is not exclusive to white people. Just so you know, I'm black and native american, my family has existed on farming and hunting since before they were released from slavery. It's never smart to judge a book by it's cover.

  • are squirrels even eatible? pls comment back. and also could u plzzz make a vid on u gutting and cooking the squirrel.

  • since you're hunting at close range, wouldn't it be easier with a low cal shotgun?

  • Probably so, but this vid was for the people starting out with airgun hunting and might not have access to a real firearm.

  • Comment removed

  • why did blow guns need to be so longer ?

    tell me please

  • the longer the blowgun more velocity and accuracy can be obtained.

  • baiting is illegal 5/5 tho

  • states have different laws

  • 22 or .22

  • yo dude u got gauges are those double 0's or bigger

  • great vid i just shot my first squirrel and birds a little while ago with a 40 cal blowgun ur realy good

  • How do squirrels and rabbits taste?

    are thay good

  • Yep, yep, yummy, if you cook them right! Are you going to try them?

  • squirrels taste like chiken

  • how do you prefer them cooked? stewed, roasted or fried?

  • why dont you put in the grt3 trigger in i saw it when you showed the vid of going over the gun i have one and it is the most amazing upgrade for my gamo varmint hunter

  • Yeah, I'm about to but I just haven't had the time. I hear it's prob the best upgrade you can do to the gun.

  • by far after you put it on you will wonder how you shot with the other trigger and it only takes like 15 mins to put in... that is including the time it takes to find the torqs bits to take the stock off... my favorite thing to do is to mount a light on the gun and go night hunting for rabbits they are so much easier to see and you can get closer than in the day i highly recomend trying this... i am starting to get into blowguns now

  • wow that dogs the master of camouflage i only seen it like half way through

  • that's funny! she's a pretty good dog, she does everything by hand signals so when I'm out lurking I don't surprise anything with my voice.

  • this guys a man 5*

  • Awesome Jonis! Loved it. Maybe You could do a video on how to build a blowgun, please?

  • Ok you need bow and arrows for hunting. You got your hobbies coverd Samurai and Hunting :)

  • I use to dabble with archery, but with what I was hunting I didn't need all that firepower! And believe it or not these are the least of my hobbies, I have many more!

  • Thats one of The Best Vids I ever sa on Utube

  • Jonis, nice to know I'm covered. Got everything covered, including the squirrels. I wonder what the city folk are gonna do when push comes to shove? I look into the woods and see food, shelter, heat, all I need to live, and so long as I have the proper tools I'm good.

  • Bob0, I've been to your house and you were covered long before I met you. Yard full of tree rats and a lake across the street, some people have it made!

  • No prob E, I've never hunted a deer. Small game seems much more plentiful and easier to get. Hell, I sometimes go on my deck and shoot dinner!

  • Thanks for giving small game a venue. Too many shows on TV taking down 16 point bucks. Would love to see video of you on the hunt.

  • Good advice from Granie.

  • So you are really eating all those little creatures? It seems that USA is having a very bad times, indeed...

  • that's pretty funny! No hard times yet, I'm just doing what all people from everywhere have done before we all became consumers.

  • I have a Marlin Model 60 .22 rifle. Planning on getting my hunting license this year. I want to eat more natural meat and less store bought.

ps: I got my Kabar Heavy bowie (large) and it's more glorious than I could have thought.

  • Sounds good, I use to have a Marlin Papoose, don't know if they even make it anymore.

  • Is that the one that breaks down and fits into a backpack?

I was thinking of getting one of those. Looks useful.

  • Yep, that's the one! I guess they're still making it.

  • Oh I don't know if they are still making it, but Nuttinfancy had it in one of his videos and I thought it looked cool.

  • Nice and very informative video! I bet it takes a lot of skill to be accurate with blowguns though.

  • Thanks, it really doesn't take as much skill as you'd think. The longer the blowgun the easier to aim, and with some practice you can become as good as you want.

  • that`s no squirrel!!that`s the neighbour`s chiwawa!!! hahahahahah...

btw do you need a license to hunt in youre counrty???

  • yep, you need a license but anything that comes on my property is fair game, plus squirrels here are considered a pest.

  • so you need a big property then !!!

  • lol Jonis is so badass he eats animal meat raw xP

  • LOL!!!

  • Jeez, that a big fkn squirrel !

I've hunted black squirrels here but they aren't nearly that big. I might look into picking up a blowgun.

Nice videos. Keep 'em coming .

  • You think he's big? That's about average for here, I have seen some bigger, but I didn't know if I could take him with what I had.
