In general - how much fuel did you have to replenish during your cooking time, and how long did you cook in total?

@carlgeiger Never had to replenish the fuel. Depending on how much lump charcoal you load into the firebox, you can get up to 18 hrs. Total cooking time at 375-400 was about 1.5 hrs, internal temp of the bird was 170-180
