1) I agree, Tamiflu (and Relenza) is not particularly effective - it can shorten the time of the disease by a few days.
2) It is not 'highly toxic'. Please do not exagerate. All drugs carry at least some risk.
3) Microbe resistance to drugs is, indeed, a problem.
