How privileged are we to have TWO legendary FILLIES in the same era, to see them run at the same time? We can say fifty, sixty years from now, Yeah, we saw those two run.

I wish people would stop hating on either of them, and realize how lucky we are to be able to see such brilliance.

I had always doubted the hype that surrounded her. I mean, I've always liked her as a racehorse, I believed she had great talent and was a horse you would want to watch, but she had always been held back. And finally, now she has gotten to show us the true legend she is. I still believe that Rachel Alexandra would give her quite the run for her money, but I am not so sure anymore that RA is the definite winner. Zenyatta; One of the best of all time.

I cannot understand those who still talk her down, what aren't they seeing? She is absolute perfection, I am so glad I had the privilege of watching her run and loving her every time, but I am glad she is retiring healthy. I cannot wait to see her kids!

She is now definitely the "horse of the century" and definitely the best one I have seen in my lifetime.

All of these horses were so good that no horse would race against them. All were also unbeaten, as is Zenyatta. Is there a better horse than Zenyatta? Maybe, but we will have to wait until the 22nd century I think.

I love this mare! But, I hate the fact that they put a still picture of a gelding/stallion not too far from the beginning of the video that was apparently supposed to be her. It's like the old westerns, start out riding a chestnut with chrome and end up on a plain bay. Some people do notice this stuff.

I was ten when Ruffian ran in "The Great Match Race" I thought I could never love a horse that her again,but the Great ZENYATTA has won my heart. She is so great she is impossible to describe!Incredible video,PERFECT!

She's the best Mare since Ruffian... It's a treat to watch her run. If Rachel (beaten twice by the way!) really wants to make a name for herself she would have to beat Zenyatta...

I wasn't alive when Ruffian ran, but I was, I think, justifiably appalled when Curlin beat Zenyatta for HOY last year. He's a great colt, but I really think she's better. And as talented as Rachel Alexandra is, if anything, it'll be Zenyatta over Rachel in the Ladies' Classic this fall. (It's too bad Rachel ran in the Belmont, given how well Mine That Bird finished! Obviously you need to beat the best to get the TC, but I really think the little gelding would have had a shot June 6!)

I heard some fool at the breeders cup saying they didnt like how zenyatta goosewalked and played up with her feet. They placed their bet on another filly. It pays to know a horse, she only plays up when she feels good, she pawed at the post parade, and some more in the winners circle. Bet that guy felt silly while she did her victory twofooted dance in the winners circle.
