@Lucariostar I understand that it says nothing is impossible but there are people who wished for things that have meaning. I think if that's the case I would ask to fly. It's sort of fantasy plus you aren't sure that such things really exist. That's like wishing to become a unicorn or something like that. well i made a wish in july 2009 and i also gave $8 then i made an other wish on 12/2/2010 again i gave $8.. none of my wish come true, i sometime see 11:11 before i used to see a lot. its been 6 months and other is 2 months, i am just waiting for year, if the one year will happen then this side will be totally fruad and fake.

It is best if you can see the moon. if you can see the moon but it is covered by clouds then you have to keep it out there for 2 mins. no clouds then only 30 secs is needed.

Its fine to hold it up to the moonlight in your garden and it doesn't matter when or where as long as the moon is out and you're thinking about your wish when you're holding it up. If the moon is there you're supposed to be hold it up for 30seconds, if its cloudy then for a minutes and if there's no moon then two minutes.
