both, osbourne and ferro, are using elements of the 80s song fade to grey by visage and they're both given permisson to do so, so yeah, of course there are similarities...

You can't seriously be trying to compare Tiziano Ferro to Kelly Osborne? Puh-leeze, are they even in the same league? Even if there is any similarity, (I don't see any) artists do covers and re-work tracks you know. Tiziano has what and many people who are recording lately lack...talent and passion. Bravo TZN!

the chords are exactly the same, that's the similarity, you could take the instrumental version of this track and put the vocals of fade to grey on it, and it would blend perfectly
