@leslieeandreaa u put it on silent but holding the pound button, so go to the keypad and hold pound. and u cant change the song for texts only for call tones

Hello, my problem is the opposite of what ur video showed- i can send texts fine, and sometimes even get texts, but most of the time i cant get texts. all that happeng is an icon pops up atop the screen for 2 seconds and then... nothing. please help

Hey, I am a t-mobile user in usa. My clone appears to be the same as yours and i have filled in the data the same as you do on the videos. The only thing is when i get calls or messages it is only numbers without names. is there a setting for this as well? thx you da man

when i go to change the sms settings it says EMPTY, but my sim card is in the phone. any ideas why its not showing up?

I could be wrong, but it sounds like you have one or more empty profiles. Are you able to click on the word Empty, and then click on the word Edit? If so, you can simply edit this profile as I showed in the video. Simply enter the correct service center number and change the name from Empty to SMS Settings.

i cant click on anything in the page the only things i can click on are the back tab the word back and ok. the only thing that does something is the back tab. think i got bad phone?

Also, are you able to make and receive calls okay on the phone?

Can you send receive text messages when the SIM card is placed in another phone?

Its t-mobile. When i try to make calls it says emergency calls only. I have someone send me texts while my sim is in the phone but i dont get them until i put it back in my reg phone. I followed your video for the MMS and i dont even think i can send those.

is it a dual SIM phone? When you try to make a call, have you tried pressing the call button for both SIM 1 and also for SIM 2? Do you get the emergency calls only error regardless of which call button you choose?

It is a dual SIM phone. For some reason i just tried it again and it had the SMS settings. So that is all set, but its now saying i have service but no calls will connect and it wont send any texts still. All it says is "message send failed" and when i try to call someone it says " unable to connect"

On the very first screen (the one with the slide to unlock thing) the 2 profile things are EMERGENCY and the second one says INSERT SIM 2.

try putting the SIM card in slot 2. See if it changes to saying INSERT SIM 1 and EMERGENCY or perhaps it will say INSERT SIM 1 and T-Mobile.

Let me know what happens.

there could be a variety of things causing this problem...

1. The phone could be defective

2. You could have flight mode turned on

3. The SIM card may be incompatible with the phone

4. The phone may not be set to use T-Mobile's frequency (850Mhz or 1900MHZ, I don't know which one or is it both?)

5. The phone may not be capable of picking up the frequency that T-Mobile uses

6. You live in a weak signal area of your other phone is better at picking up weak signal than your fake iPhone

excellent question. Unfortunately, on this phone it is so complicated that it would probably require another video. It also is a little bit different from phone to phone.

But to get you started, on my phone I can do it two ways: (1) I can click on the SMS/text icon on my main menu, and then click on MMS, then click on write message or (2) I can highlight the filename of an image, click options, click forward, click To MMS.
