It's similar, but not the same. No getting around being anal here I guess:

Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland is the GBA remake of "Kirby's Adventure" for the NES. Kirby's Adventure is the one that had the ear-bleeding mike sound effects, and they all sounded the same; somewhat reminiscent of that sound in this video. The GBA remake just has Kirby doing soft screams, nothing as bad as the original noise. ;)
