people don't seem to understand why it was suspended 0_O it's because of copyright infringement. youtube actually doesn't have a choice, they have to do this and all these people are getting pissed. If Youtube doesn't enforce copyrights they could get sued and this site could possibly shut down. just thought you'd all like to know.

Yes, we're aware of that.  However, making videos and singing in them is not copyright infringement. It's called "cover tunes", or song covers.

What we're upset about is that YouTube's system is flawed in where videos such as "covers" get automatically removed or muted by programs, and not by human or staff. Innocent people and video suffer because of it. The system is flawed. Please watch my latest video to understand more. Thanks for the comment.

Yes, they are right. VideoEscaper's videos should not have been removed. Youtube should think about the people that make up their network opposed to some BS computer program that tries to get rid of the people's art because of "Gov't Regulation."

It's not fair, there are so many people on youtube singing their own versions of songs, why aren't their accounts suspended as well? Freakn youtube.

If you look at the music charts on YT, you'll see nothing but record companies and music corporations on those charts. Rin on the Rox was climbing those charts and beating most of those professional, high paid, singers and making them all look bad. It either has a lot to do with money/power, or YT's system is truly flawed for their whole account being suspended without question nor warning. And if we don't organize to coordinate a better effort in making it right, then nothing good happens

I dont know what youtube's has in their mind for deleting Rin on the Rox account. I just need a justifiable reasons from youtube for deleting Rin on the Rox account. If they can't, they should bring Rin on the Rox account's back. I've been doing some research on others who've also had the same problem. There have been false copyright claims by others that easily gets certain YouTubers suspended without questions or proper research. The process to remove a user is easier than defending yourself from a false claim. There are some videos that I've just added to my playlist that helps explain things. I don't fully know the situation with Erin & Rox, but I hope that they know that this suspension can be overturned.
