I NEVER GET THIS SCREEN. ALL I GET IS THE BLACK SCREEN (Yeah, mostly) AND SAW A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING TICKER DURING GHOST WHISPERER.

@mjtheman23 I saw this same kind of EAS the other day for a severe thunderstorm warning, but couldn't find my camera :(

The voice was the weird AT&T Text-To-Speech Voice.
