  • She is giving out bad information, when doing those "chest lifts" you shouldn't have ANY 'curl' in your upper chest/neck area. Your head should be going STRAIGHT up in the air. UNless you want great conditions to get injured.

  • I like how at the very beginning of the video Sean was the most enthusiastic adn the other two were pretty quiet, and at the end the other two were pretty animated and Sean was like my aaabbbbsss! Lol I'm going to start doing this, that looks like a good abs routine.

    Even though this was a nice basic crunch progression it wsnot Pilates the series of five ab exercises with slight variation and keeping head and shoulders elevated using flow technique would be a definite k/a Pilates challeng

  • I feel these challenges are good for people that want to start working out. However, I wish there were actual workout routines for people that are more advanced.

    I loved the pilates instructor.
