the big issue in a EVA/Gundam fight is time. EVA's only have 5 minutes of unplugged power, after which the armor that controls the synthetic angel shuts down, meaning no movement (except on the REAL off chance that the angel goes berserk, in which case everything goes to hell) and no AT field (angel = unconscious or something), easy pickings for the gundams which can FLY and harass them, keeping them from jacking back in for power or retreating into the base. Gundams > EVA

most gundams have high speed capabilities, Heavy firing beam weaponry, newtype abilities to predict enemy movement, beamsabers that can cut through anything

while the only real thing going for the Eva units is the unpredictable Emo pilots. other than that its just simple physical projectile weapons and an a knife thats an overgrown vibrator.

Poor Gundams my foot... having seen the first 25 eps, I can tell you that even the Evas would have a hard time up against the original four (which were actually 3rd-gen machines). Now that the fourth-gens are going to be revealed in the second part of the season... yeah, Evas would have themselves a handful. *grin* Heh, great job with this, btw, I have to say that the sound effects you found for the Exia's GN Sword were great. 5/5 here.

Just so you know, this is purely a fan speaking out for his favorite mecha... not that Evangelion didn't have great mecha action of its own, but I simply enjoy Gundam, and 00 has proven to be an amazing series so far. Nevertheless, I hope everyone doesn't start ranting about combat abilities/pilot abilities and whatnot on this... if we wanted to see this, we should just request that the creators consult on a possible universe clash between the two. Well, given the sources I used, the Evangelions have no way in hell of beating something like a Gundam.

Now that I'm making a real music video of this, this trailer is not 'official' anymore and contradicts a couple of things. I.e. the year is 2016 instead of 2015. Just an example.
