the movie was ok but the book is just amazing.The best book ive ever read.I really missed the part with suhrab near the end.I think that part was really important...and then when he goes to the hospital and prays...this scene would be very emotinal.Pretty sad that they did not take it.

the book was far better than the film! like said says the way the book is written makes it impossible not to identify with the characters, and ask yourself: am i like that? am i that cowardly? how would i react in such situations? would i be able to redeem myself?
