The reason I took up saxophone is because of this song. From 4:41-6:59 is the absolute best sax solo I've heard in my life, and this song is by far my favorite. Dave Mathews forever, guys are amazing.

It does't matter how many times I hear this song, it still gives me chills, especially when LeRoi digs in after the first verse. thetman465 is right, the best way to listen to this, other than live, is on Bose headphones. This is, in my very humble opinion, one of the best songs ever written.
