Lol Ali Project and Nana Mizuki aren't the only singers out there who sings anime openings and endings. And for the record, Ali Project consists of two people. Arika was one of them, and she was the only one in Animelo from Ali Project.

And besides, they aren't anonymous singers. If you haven't heard of Masami Okui, Minami Kuribayashi, or even Hironobu Kageyama, then you haven't watched enough anime. And if you haven't watched enough anime, you're not worthy enough to watch Animelo.
