  • @hellkid227 absolutely, because you need to do cardio, strength training and control your nutrition. P90X does all that for you.

  • @818chamillitary well...it will only work for as must effort and time as you put into the program. It's very intense, but if you rarely exercise, start of lightly, because you dont want to pass out...like Tony says, modify if you have to, you just have to be able to attempt and put the effort into it, and eventually you'll be able to do the exercise in the videos

  • i used to wiegh 200 now i only weigh 140 and it took me 3 months but it was hard core diet and excrcise now im doing muscel and uve been doing it fir at least 4 months and i wonder if this helps to speed up my six pack that already showing but thats from real exercise

  • very very very wrong. You need to follow the 90 day program. I promise you if you follow it through to the end and eat healthy you will have those 6 pack abs. Taking the program and doing whatever you want with it is only going to disappoint you and give you zero results. It is all perfectly set up so that at the end of the 90 days your entire body is amazing(if done properly). no one wants to just have 6 pack abs but no chest, arms,shoulders, or back. no one...follow it and you will be amazed

  • im 15 and doing it im on day 8 and have already lost 12 pounds.....i was never fat to start with but i almost have the 6 pack ive wanted. the supplements i take are cell tech hardcore and superpump 250 those are before and after nitric oxide shakes which work extremely well. i will be posting week 1 photos soon and a nutrition guide just keep checking it out. keep bringing it and yes stik to the nutrition!

  • Keep me posted !! I did take creatine during weeks 3 thru 9 and then slimmed down after. It helps with stamina. I do recommend a recover drink. Of course P90X is the best to me taste and mix !!

  • It's not easy, do as much as you can and keep going. Once your cardio gets stronger you will be able to do more. I still dread doing ab ripper !! I love it but I hate it !!

  • Hey man, that is great work. I plan on getting this program, but plan on getting buff, not lean, can you explain to me the classic, lean and doubles?

  • if you want to get buff, classic is best for you. in doubles, the first 30 days are the exact same as classic, but after that they just add a morning cardio routine 3 days a week, useless for getting buff. the lean workout is the easiest and focuses more on fat loss. classic is best for getting buff, just remembeer to choose the right weights and to do the right amount of reps..
