It is so important to preserve our history its a sure way of connecting our pass to your future Thanks for the comment, I will continue to word with the present Government with the hope that they will acquire the collection for this purpose.
@KurtLaMothe Thank you kurt, it really wasn't a pleasant sight to behold. Thank you for seeing beyond what you see and expressing it and you didn't even see the originals, you must be an artist . This is what makes this collection of work the most outstanding in the history of art in Trinidad and Tobago, It has an emotional effect on all Nationals. Continue to love your country. Timothy 2011
@Shirvannn Thanks for your support , We all have a part to play. Keep the vision alive for a better Trinidad & Tobago, their are WAYS, working together we will find them. And may God continue to Bless our nation. Anthony LOVE & HONOR
this is a great documentary short! It resents another, artistic side if an event that is forever etched in my memory. I hope his paintings are purchased by the National Museum so everyone has a chance to see them. great job Anthony and the documentary crew!
For the past 18 years I wrote and spoke to ministers presidents and businesses in an effort to see these paintings purchased and displayed in a public place. This year I wrote to RBTT, UTC, CLICO, Angustura, British Gas, British petroleum. Some of these are still yet to reply. Please say a prayer for our leaders Blinded by their money.......P.U.S.H. Thanks for the comment. Peace Anthony Timothy
Beautifully done. A sad chapter in the history of democratic Trinidad and Tobago after which political expediency triumphed over good sense, allowing those who raped our democratic principles and justified their actions with their islamic Fundamentalist goobledegok to go free and be compensated by a spineless UNC government more intent on vote getting.
I share your hurt and concern for the healing of T & T. Art and politics never mix but The Coup collection changed that. We All have a part to play in the restoration of our wonderful nation and I am sure you would agree that preserving our history is another way to help mould the future for the young people of T & T. I sincerely thank you for your comment, and if there is anything you can do, to see these paintings purchased and displayed in a public place, please make that call Peace Anthony
It is so sad that our youths who were born after 1990 know little to nothing about those dark days in our history. Great video and may God bless our nation. July 27th NEVER AGAIN!!
Thanks for your comment, pray that the vision for these paintings be fulfilled, as I reply I can feel your energy it is strong. Thank you and may God continue to richly bless you. Anthony Timothy
