just a thought, if you look carefully you'll see two goons at 1:30 climbing out of the truck and when batman crashes his pod, the one gets shocked, but what happened to the other? batman was unconscious I think so the joker and his henchmen could have overpowered Gordon because he didn't seem to concerned with the henchmen, like he has the shotgun on the Joker and he doesn't acknowledge the two goons
