  • "New York City. I'm not convinced. Is this or is this not New York City?" MJK is the ultimate troll. Great performance.

  • 10 people need to keep digging.

  • addiction isn't fun..especially when one has to put his fist up someone..

  • addiction isn't fun..especially when one has to put their fist up someone..

  • i truely believe that they have gone so deep into their minds that they cant really get out. im not saying thats bad. i myself am working on my mind. but to get to the level they are at is a hard road to walk down. its a mystery on how they even did it way before they are even old... like old old

  • @matthewthenerd just do acid religiously

  • These guys are not from our fucking planet! End of Story!

  • @Mzler1387 just posted something like this earlier lol i agree

  • "caught in a trap can't walk out because I love you too much baby" I love that part!

  • nuff' said

  • AWESOME!!

  • pretty good audio on this video..

  • i love justin in the beggining haha

  • Get over here!!!

  • This video makes me feel old. It was one of the first things I looked up on Youtube back when it wasn't nearly as populer years ago.

  • I love that Elvis Presley bit ... he sings the lyrics from Suspicious Minds but what does he sing after that ?

  • Those White Lines Running Through My Mind

  • Yeah I was just trying to figure that out myself, i think he just sings it again just with a different melody. Pretty good fit I think.

  • lol 4.55 when the crowd start to sing "I'll ! keep !...'

  • my fav moment. 6.09... awesome!

  • I cant believe how great this song is live

  • Anybody Know Where I Can Find The Torrent Of This Show??

  • i got it off mininova about a year ago, don't know if it's still there though.

  • What has me in doubt is that Maynard is really wanting to start it side project Puscifer, he problebly would want to do that more.

  • The boys of Tool recently said they might just do a movie passed on the stuff we see in there videos. I'd be at the theatre to see it the midnight showing the night before it opens.

  • Did you ever think those are my opinions based on listening to them and that ive tried to be open minded? I will admit I was harsh, but why should you be harsh to me? If anyone is offended then im sorry, but thats how I feel about them. As for you calling me a a-hole, does that not make you one as well?

  • No, it just makes you one. Close minded fuck.

  • I agree with the others, what's the point in saying that? Keep some opinions to yourself.

  • oh, I forgot to mention that fall out boy is shallow, and their lyrics are the equivilant to crap.

  • fall out boy sucks huge balls. Singer sucks live, bassist has no clue what hes doing, drummer is unoriginal and boring, guitarist is the same, and they have very little live effects for the show. Tool > Fall out boy

  • I'm not a Fallout Boy fan or anything, but you should really ease up there man. Yeah they aren't the greatest but in some people's eyes they are and in bashing that persons views, does that really make you any more original then their music? Seriously, people are so quick to be ass holes today they never sit back and recognize different tastes. So please, go fuck yourself and think next time you close-minded fuck.

  • this shows off there great presence live

  • A lot of people (self proclaimed OGTs) claim that perhaps 1996s dark, low light shows were the pinnicle of tools career.. i think this tour was the pinnicle! A perfect balance of the old dark tool and the new almost space-like tool shows (which i absolutely love!). I have loved tool for so many years.. and i absolutely love the 10k days tour shows, it beats any tour before, but this one.. because in this one.. Maynard voice was still strong enough here to sing the harder songs...

  • hahahaha hes a crease

    hello new york city

  • Stinkfist is one of my top 8 favorite tool songs, but this version of it just narrowly beats out Salival's Pushit for the top Tool song in my book. So fucking amazing

  • sup in the house?

  • sup people?

  • Sup

  • what the fuck is this ? sucks to hard

  • awe, this poor child has no idea what good music is, dont worry kidpwnz..bands like hawthorne heights and fall out boy come and go all the time, youll have plenty of fav bands

  • well spoken mjkwillownuall

  • ;-)

  • never have truer words been spoken

  • At 3:23 maynard sings lyrics to Elvis - Suspicious Minds

    We're caught in a trap

    I can't walk out

Because I love you too much baby

Just kind of interesting i thought.

  • awesome... the extended middle breakdown is epic. danny's hands are moving soooo fast on the hi-hat...i just wish the camera had focused in on it!... bravo TOOL.

  • loooove the extended bit, adds so much power to the song

  • they feel the music! love them!

  • Very good video, and tour for that matter. I just now learned to play the current extended version of STINKFIST on guitar.

  • Tool....better than god because their real.... tangible, transcendal pure energy....

  • is very nice pra xuxu....rs

  • is it just me or do they break into part of Ticks and Leaches in the middle?

  • No this was just an interlude they introduced live to change the song up a bit. Some same notes as the intro to ticks and leeches hence why it sound familiar. Adam does improvise on it though so it varies through each performance as I far as I've noticed.

  • To me atleast, they always play this song first, and it kinda says to me it means that the audience needs to open their minds, bend over and figuratively take Tools message up the ass, its for you own good :) I am probably wrong, but its not about fisting

  • Tool. The band that changed my life. Enough said.

  • what the hell does that art stuff mean

  • "you have to love a song about anal fisting"

And you have to love people that take songs from Tool for face value. :]

  • Amen moviescolin

  • you have to love a song about anal fisting

  • I'd have to say Tool and Rage Against the Machine, if they ever reunited, would cause the sky to part and acid to rain down from above and base to overflow from the river banks.

  • funny, they didnt ever break up

  • very well said....the two greatest bands to come out of the 90's

  • nice very nice

  • keenan u fucking great! idol...

  • the great maynard... true blooded vocalist

  • amazing!! i love this extended version

  • I think they should extend it every time they do the song, it adds to it and we get Danny Carrey banging on thoughs weird drums that where first at the beggening on the CD.

  • damn good..tool is cooooooooooooooooool

  • yep i agree with u-Tool and NIN should tour.both band's lyrics r rather hateful yet "non-loud".they dont shout out the lyrics as wad most metal bands does .. Im not insulting metal tho =)both NIN and tool r alike in terms of lyrics and sounds!

  • lol

  • ah long live industrial!

  • die...

  • 1. the greatest tour ever would be Tool and Nine Inch Nails

    2. if you know any German whatsoever you realize Rammstein's lyrics are ridiculously horrible

  • 1 not really.

2 i am german. and while i dont think tool and rammstein would make a good co-headlining tour, rammstein's lyrics are not ridiculously horrible. certainly some songs are intentionally funny- tool's done the same thing. but they deal with complex emotional and psychological topics.

and the way you worded your statement is belittling. it's like saying 'if you knew half of what i say i know, you'd know that you're wrong.'

well, now i'm doing that to you.

  • You know what would be the greatest Tour Ever? If Tool and Rammstein toured together. Between Tool's visuals and Rammstein's burning, I'd sell anything I have to see that.

  • eh that would be totally shit!. Great tour was rage and tool in 1993..rage actually supported tool believe it or not!.

  • pretty good bootleg man, sounds good too I can't wait to see them next weekend in Toronto :D

  • This whole show must've just been amazing

  • Can't wait to see these guys again. Bigger venue (secc) this time.

  • my top 5 fav songs from tool are H.,sober, schism, parabola, stinkfist :)

  • That's pretty much my list, except I switch Schism with The Grudge.

  • whoa, thats a tough one, i'd have to agree with you for the most part, but get rid of H. and put Opiate =)

  • we dont care.

  • Gooing to see them in Noember! WHOOOO TOOL!!!!!!

  • November! Tool will be amazing :D

  • You Going to?! oh my day ic after gettin so much better! Look out for the really hot guy Wit Glasses and long hair! TOOL!!!!!

  • I'm going to the Glasgow date :)

  • Wel is your scotish tat wud be a good idea! but if your Irish like me and its only the second time they'v ever played in Ireland then you shud go see them at the point on the 22 of Novenber! TOOL!!!!!! You a primas fan?

  • no.

It will be my second time seeing Tool this November - when i get tickets.

    Can't wait.

And no im not into Primus much. not heard a lot of their stuff

  • "What did Maynard say before they did that huge guitar/drum solo? "

For the most part, he quotes Suspicious Minds - Elvis.

the first line is: Caught in a trap, I can't walk out, 'cause I love you too much baby. Second line: Those white lines/lies, third: Running through my mind, fourth: You know I need you too much baby.

  • you're talking to yourself

  • I give the cameraman credit, he did a good job here, he should get a job behind a camera.

  • Danny Carey the fucking man,Maynard is still the best rock vocalist I ever heard, the extented bridge is murder.

  • Omg i needed new pants after that little interlude

  • What did Maynard say before they did that huge guitar/drum solo?

  • Maymard rocks!

  • Awesome quality on sound and video. Plus, it helps that it's Tool. They're one of the only bands that never fail to bring an outstanding performance live.

  • Well, I'm sure God would want Danny in His band... but I bet Danny would turn him down. HAHAHAHAAAAAA

Nice camera work... This is a neat video. Yes. Neat.

  • Most singers often talk and scream alot between singing, say the f word a lot, Maynard's simply "New York City..."

  • Maynard is not a God. He's a good singer, but he's far from God/a God. Now get your nose out of his ass.

Now someone to idolise.. Hehe.. Adam. Yep. Not an amazing guitar player, but as we all saw there, he knows how to enthrall.

  • that extention blew me away

  • AMAZING, LOVE THE EXTENDED BRIDGE

  • AMAZING

  • Maynard is god

  • Fan boy.

  • sheep
