Amy is part of the 27 club now. Some of out greatest most influential Musicians died at 27... Its sad but its true. and most of them STRUGGLED with drugs and fame. She didn't want to be a role model she just wanted her music just like Kurt Cobain.

yeah, this jaystar guy on youtube that i followed on twitter was like "ima go get amy winehouse wasted, only without the death" i was so appalled. I knew ppl were gonna talk shit but it still caught me off guard. needless to say hes unfollowed and unsubscribed. I agree karma is a bitch, first thing i thought was wow hes gonna regret that later. I loved her so much she was easily my top 5 favorite in terms of music, ability to relate, and inspiration. She was an angel, she just needed help.

I totally agree!!! I got so mad just from comments I saw on Twitter and FB. People going as far as talking about how God viewed Amy! Sometimes I feel people really think they are untouchable, and as soon as something happens in their life they want respect, and don't know a thing about showing it! I loved Amy. Great freaking singer. Grammy performance still blows me away to this day. I mean Marvin Gaye was drug addicted as well but that didn't cloud his talent. She was a great talent. I think she would have still been around if there were ppl that actually cared for her. She even said in a song "I just need a friend" so she didn't have positive ppl. Her dad was in the airplane to come to NY when the news came out so people had to tell him when he landed that his daughter passed. I saw this coming. It was a shock but it was no surprise. It's very sad. Now she will join Forever 27 and be with Janis, Jimi, and all those influential people in the industry.

Had no idea Amy passed away. That is so sad. I must say that aside from the many problems she was having/battling she was more talented than a lot of artists that are out now.
