That might b true However I'm confused since microwaves are in an entirely different wave band than radio waves.... Radio waves are extremely long while microwaves are extremely small hence their respective designation. Perhaps you're right this is the reasoning behind HAARP research.

Do you think that their drying up real clouds and substituting clouds containing water heavily laced with heavy metals, makes the bodies of water that it falls into more vulnerable from HARRP? The fact that it causes disease in humans who eat the soil and plants that gets this contaminated water, or who breath in this air laced with metals directly, aside. 1, For the longest time now, i have been thinking they want to get rid of a lot of people, and are going to do this by creating a reality movie of the end times, or even 2012. I have watched them do little weather control experiments here in S. Fla. Just one thing about that photo of tsunami at 2:02, this picture was not taken in Dec. 26, 2004, and not in any of the countries that were hit that day.

The buildings reveal clearly a Chinese architecture, and as a matter of fact this picture was indeed taken in Sept. 2002 in Hangzhou, China, as one of the biggest tidal wave that occur annually there on Qiantan river. Notice the people look alike "spectators".

Harmonic resonance. Harp , I believe has been used this way already. Prospectors use simular stuff to look for oil. There is a vidio on the tube that shows one causing a small quake. Harp is thousands of times stronger.

I think you nailed it. Along with targeting under ground water for steam created earthquakes they could also heat up swaths of ocean surface and create clouds and mini weather systems which could interfere with hurricanes or what have you. Weather is the ultimate weapon.
