the pics aren't real I played the whole game from start to finish and none of the levels have these parts in them exept mario's head planet but the head is a little different of what it is in the trailer, I hate it when nintendo lies

It does a lot like Gusty Garden. Reminds me of those shows where they modify the melody of a pop song so they don't have to do copyright (like MadTV) haha

This theme is most likely going to be orchestrated when the game is released because this is just a prototype. It's common sense. If you check out the first trailer for SMG1 the music turns out to be a non-orchestrated version of the good egg galaxy theme.
