Old TV program from Japan. "Minisuka Police". Aspiring models in miniskirt police costumes endure various "stunts" that often involve having their skirts yanked up or being scared by an iguana. But no one had to eat bugs or sit in a room with Donald Trump, and some of the girls went on the actual fame, so it beats American reality shows hands down.
