  • why save your house when its worth 1/3 of what you paid for it ! do you really think these loan mods are going to let you off the hook for the remaining balance of your loan ? fat chance . dump it while u have a chance ! buy again ina few years at 1/3 the price . and remember never trust a realtor or mortgage broker ! they are just another form of a car saleman ! the reason we are in this mess to begin with !
