Yes the Skulls effects will last till you turn off your Xbox. If you want the skull back on after that you will have to get the Skull again

Its not there is there certain things u need to do

Its only there on Legendary. so if are playing on anything except Legendary it wont be there.

Other then that there isnt anything special that you have to do.

You are also able to get it on co-op if that would help.

it says in thest couple of min of the video what it does as well as muiltiple times in the otyher comments. it makes it so that your sheilds do not recharge but instead they gain power from killing people with punches. so you get shot and lose half your sheild it stays like that till you punch someone to death. then your shield jumps up a certain amount. if you keep punching its possible to get your shields up to an overshield

it makes it so that ur shields dont recharge.the only way u can make them recharge is by getting melee kills(not with sword).but,its useful because if u get enough melee kills(not with sword) you get overshields =)

you dont have to die for it to work but you might have to if you want to complete the level to get back down but yes all you have to do is pick it up and the effect starts as soon as your screen flashes

i used TV Wonder USB 2.0 its like fraps but for your TV.

comes in a little box that you connect the video input to that spits it to your TV and computer at the same time and records to your computer.

your sheilds will not regenerate by them selfs if you kill someone by punching them then your sheilds go up. if you keep killing people with punchs then you can up to a over sheild just by killing with punchs

y didnt he just fly the banshee the other way, nad land on teh opposite platform, he wouldnt have to make it look hard...He just goes through the building thing, it would be easier if he just started out on teh oppisite side...

for the effect to work it has to be on Legendary except for i think that Blind Skull which i think works nomatter what difficulty it is set to. I Think the other is the Assassin Skull you just dont get to see the dancing Elites xD

your sheilds dont come back like normal. the only thing that brings back your sheilds is if you kill someone by punching them if you keep beating people down then your sheilds can get up to an oversheild

no the IWHBYD skull switches switches the dialog percentages around.

there is alternate dialog in the game that as a low percentage to play making them rare. for example mabe the normal dialog has an 80% change to play and the rare dialog has a 20% to play when you get the IWHBYD skull the % switches making the normal dialog have a 20% and the rare have 80%.

(dialog for marines and and enemies im pretty sure the videos stay the same)

nope if you turn off your xbox the effects will go away but if you save before you get the skull and only use that file to get the skull then play a main file

did u kno that there is a scarab gun on outskirts u need the black eye skull a rkt launcher and frags get 2 the tunnel n grab the launcher then a ghost and drive to the corner there should be a wall leaning over so u can go past the invisible wall drive 4 about 20 secs then get off throw a frag and launch a rkt at ur feet u should fly up and the scarab will be over u wit a plasma rifle under it grab it n wateva u do DON FIRE AT UR FEET

I put it on there after the title but it is a little hard to read sorry about that.

your sheilds will not recharge like normal the only way they will recharge is if you beat down someone. your sheild will go up about 1 bar each time you kill someone by punching them.

SO... if you beat down 2 people you will get a oversheild.
