  • allright how much for it?

  • 500 dollars on the table

  • did u use a ps one screen?

  • lol everybodys so hostel can always make your own, hm how much did all the parts cost I might make me one?

  • Too pro

  • Nice portable! :)

I like the way the controller is built in and the screen is not too small (unlike some screens). Great job :D

BTW, the people with fake comments must drive you NUTS! On my old account, I got HUNDREDS of comments like that. Do not bother to try and argue with them, they are inconsiderate bigots! Just mark their comments as scams and they should hopefully not come back... Like killing weeds by their roots!

Once again, cool portable dude! :)

  • oh you better make one because im not waiting until that mod retro shop comes!

  • News flash to those who want a portable Gamecube just get a LCD Screen and a Gamecube Battery.

  • its real cuz u can see the buttons

  • For the fucking idiots who think these videos are fake, get a fucking clue.. IT is nowhere near impossible. and it's insulting for those who have takin the hard work and time to make these portable systems. Very good system by the way. It's freaking amazing. i'd like to make one myself. send me a msg sometime, maybe help get me started.

  • @Shadster16 And I feel sorry for you. Take a look at the photos linked in the video and take a look at the gamecube I built for Nathan Barnatt (favourite in my channel) Do you suppose his is fake too? What about the other portable gamecubes on YouTube? Are those fakes? Also, "take a picture of his ds or whatever portable system that is" so, how many DS's have you seen that look like THAT? Perhaps not a DS, so try and identify what system it is first, and then make an intelligent comment.

  • @Shadster16 I knew it i knew people could make fake portables if he had actually sold this to anybody if i were the buyer i would sue his ass

  • @OMGYAYman777 You can clearly tell this isn't fake seriously.

  • @Shadster16 your a real idiot aren't you?

  • @Shadster16 HAHA!!! It isnt fake :P

  • @Shadster16 fuck you bitch

  • @Shadster16 Ha! You stupid, stupid, bastard.

  • @Shadster16 OR... More likely they made a real one. Just saying! And would you like to explain what comsole looks like a gamecube controller combined with the comsole? And what "movie magic" can make it look that realistic? If they can afford an effect program that could do that, than I don't see why the couldn't afford a dazzle. next time post a legit comment instead of being a douche.

  • @Shadster16 anyone who achieved 5 at electronics could make this if they put effort in it

  • @Shadster16 your a dick!!

  • @Shadster16 Lmao....... I don't care if this comment is 7 months old. DS = Dual Screen. I only see one. PSP = A LOT SMALLER. That's a brick.

  • @Shadster16 why dont you look at some of shockslayer's stuff then?

  • awsome dude!!!!!!!!!! can i ask something what it needs to work this invention of yours.

  • Should build a Portable PSP next :)

  • @ArisingPicturez PSP? They already are portable, do you mean PS3 or PS2?

  • would this with shipping be like 500 hundred, im not really sure on how much it costs for material and your hard work, but message me back, i am pretty serious

  • ppl ppl its not a fake. there are really ppl that waste their lives making this stuff. and thanks to them the great video games exist.

  • I'm not done with mine yet. I have all my wires hooked up and I am construcking my case the hard way... I started with clay molded it to my satisfaction, put it in some plaster for 2.5 days then cut it open poured some moulten plastic in each side and BAM! my oun custom case. I am also using a 9 inch portable DVD player screen... Bigger is better

  • it seems fake

  • Interesting... Similar design to my own that I plan to make.

  • how can your make a tv portable? and a game cube portable? and how could you ever make it work with power ?!?!

  • @alvin2800 Portable Gamecube screen, wiring, custom case work, batteries.

  • @thomasbradleyh but where do i find a gamecube screen ? they where on the marked but are gone now and how can it run on batteries ?

  • @alvin2800 Internets. Just google GameCube screen. Or a PSone screen. Or pretty much any small screen. I'm using a 5" Zenith GameCube screen. Got it on eBay. Any you just have to wire the batteries to your GameCube. It needs at least 10.2v if I'm not mistaken. It's just a lot of soldering. And case construction.

  • OH MY GOD it has the whole console in the back! LOL

  • dude, i give you OVER 9000 dollars for that!

  • HOW MUCH!

  • HOw much you charge for one of these

  • if I ship my game cube and controller to you how much would you want to make that

  • thats not a portable gc its a portable wii :P

  • a wii mainboard is smaller maybe use that for next build :)

  • @RDilus The problem isn't the mainboard, it's the DVD. Still, DVD is not a problem any more.

  • dude I SHOULD TOTALLY BUY one off you, forget that stupid Nintendo 3ds coming out. Gamecube portable is THE WAY OF THE FUTURE......

  • Somehow the image of gamecube is Zelda wind waked

  • i love that game zelda

  • I feel bad for you, dude. Half of the people here thinks it's fake or think they can buy a system like this for the price you can buy a DS. -_-

  • i will pay you 300 dollars if you could make me one

  • hey could you build a portable emulator that works for all systems

  • Does everyone with a gamecube portable use Windwaker

  • awesome

  • thats awesome if I had one I could play Pikmin 2 anywhere but I'm not sure if there's a memory card slot

  • @cyberpikmin Of course there are memory card slots. It would be a bit retarded not to include one since nearly every game requires one.

  • When I get a job, and get some money,

in the future I will PM you.

    Im gonna save $700.

  • hey could you build me one of these for atleast 200 hundred dollars?

  • @zuberskate If you can find all of the parts and shipping from the UK to USA for 200 dollars, then yes.

  • @enterthehatrix would $100-180 dollars be good enough?

  • its awsome that you are willing to make these for other people[ for a price ] but most people who have these dont even offer guides to make them. your awsome man.

  • yeah I guess I'd be willing to buy one, I guess I'll pm you on what other console units you would concider doing and then the price, I wouldnt want to waste your time on something i can't aford.

  • @sckare13 Did you even bother to check the pictures?

  • @sckare13 your life's a fake. that's real, idiot. why the fuck would someone go through the trouble of making this if it wasn't playable? dumbass.

  • @sckare13 no its not douchebag. did u use a ps1 screen btw?

  • @sckare13 if that is a fake then you are a fake

  • I'd be willing to pay about $300-750 for one of those :)

  • @nintenfreak14 If you're interested in having one built, then PM me.

  • @enterthehatrix I would PM you, but thing is I don't even have $20.. :(

  • oh, fair enough, so what would your price roughly be for one of these?

  • @garethmanEXE I charge the cost of the parts + labour. Labour will mostly depend on the kind of work I'll have to do and the parts cost what they cost. For example, a super miniature portable with long lasting life will cost a small fortune because I'd need to be able to get the best batteries, the smallest usable screen and then do some serious work reducing the size of the console itself (which takes time, and has risks, and as a result, costs more in labour) .

    Generally, you set the price

  • id be willing to pay big money for this if it were a bit less bulky

  • @garethmanEXE I build each gamecube custom. The size very much depends on the parts (which is reflected in the cost) and the design. The gamecube in the video used some pretty bulky cheap parts and some heavy duty plastic (you could rob a bank with it, and it would still work after it takes 5 bullets for you and kills 8 guards its that strong) but in actuality, it makes it a bit thicker and a bit heavier than it really should. I use thinner, lighter plastics nowadays.

  • Come on dude-Do you really think that posting, "Don't ask stupid questions!" makes you look like a bad-ass, or makes people want to do business with you? Wait, that was a stupid question; you must believe that.

  • @jugglingembalmer I'd class questions like "why don't you sell this to Nintendo?" and "do you still have this for sale?" as stupid questions. Iif you read back, you'll see that there are quite a few. Are those the kind of people I want to do business with? If my demographic was 12 year olds with no money who can't read, sure. I've found in my experience that serious buyers never ask stupid questions, hence, I've never had any problems with people I've done business with.

  • @jugglingembalmer Does it make me look bad-ass? I don't know, I've never really considered it until today. You must think it does and your opinion clearly matters. All I know is saying "Don't ask stupid questions" doesn't work because the kids don't even read it before posting. I'm glad you read it though. Your ability to be easily impressed by my bad-ass-ery and the fact that you have an opinion must put you between the ages of 14 - 17, ish?

  • @enterthehatrix I was indicating how silly it is that you want people to do business with you, yet you speak very rudely to prospective buyers. Try the phrase, "Serious inquiries only please," and you'll seem a lot more professional and attract a more serious clientele. I'm in my early 40's and if someone had a Commodore 64 for sale (which I'm looking for) and the seller indicated, "No stupid questions," do you think I'd be interested?

  • I wish Nintendo made this a reality... or made it so the comming not-so-soon Nintendo 3DSi XL 2 cold play gamecube games.

  • Sweet dude! Thats really cool!

  • i would not want to buy this one you gave no info on this or even showed what it looks like..

  • @Darkstar1282

You're right. I never posted links at the start of the video, or a description, or anything where you can see more pictures or have more details. Nor did I say that this was sold. How selfish of me.

I'm glad there are intelligent people like you who are able to thoroughly read through the description before making comments. Where would we be without you?

  • @enterthehatrix you just owned him hahahaha!!

  • @enterthehatrix can you show me how you made this please?

  • your so lucky i have to stick with a normal gamecube

  • @Sophertins unless you buy one of those intec screens

  • were do you get a ps1 screen

  • nice dvd player :D

  • hes not playing it

  • How Much Exactly Are these to make?

  • lol, the Hatrix

  • wish. my bad

  • nice handheld i wash i could make something like that.

  • @Derek2212 what part of "not for sale" and "no longer has it" did you not get you fuckin' retard!?

  • no im not but i i just want to get to kill bill gates with 856346756354697589654 tons of dinomight

  • @spyjake1 Dynamite*

If your going to murder someone, make sure you can spell so you don't get something ridiculous...

  • EPIC!

nice little touch on the video playin Wind Waker.

  • I'm pretty sure this would use some form of LiPo battery... no AA's.... tard.

  • fuck li pos r deadly

  • Comment removed

  • how many AA batterys dose that need?

  • It doesn't take AA batteries.

  • First of all, I'm not selling this as it has already been sold.

Secondly, I included a link to photos of the WHOLE CASE, so what else do you want? It's not my fault you can't read.

  • @enterthehatrix i want that blue one ^^ to bad it's sold out xP how long did it take to make it? you must put a A lot of work on it =p

  • how is the battery life?

  • How much does it cost for a gamecube and wii

  • I don't know, you should visit your local game store and ask. I know, Wii's cost £150 here, and 2nd hand gamecubes are around £20 in a bundle with games.

  • do you still have to plug it into the wall?

  • Each portable is built to client specifications and if their specifications don't include a battery then it will be plugged in to the wall.

  • ok, one thing. can we request for it to have a plug that charges it like the ds and psp do?

  • Damn thats nice!

  • Thanks

  • can you make a portable playstation....

  • its called psp dumb shit......

  • its called trying to be funny fat fuck...

  • Yes I can.

  • lol

  • cool

  • by far, one of the most AWESOME things i have seen this decade!

  • Thank you, you should see some of my more recent works.

  • can i buy a game cube one from you off ebay or whatever?

  • Sorry I only make to order, I don't sell over ebay.

  • thats sooooooooooooooo coool

but i dont have any games :-(

i sold em and my gamecube

  • Don't feel like viewing the photos then in the link?

By the way... It's a gamecube 4gamers screen.

  • poor mother fucker do u believe in that couse there are photos? im sorry for u.

  • No, I believe in it because I made the fucker, sold the fucker, made 13 other fuckers and sold those fuckers as well, in addition to about 4 PS2 fuckers, 6 N64 fuckers and mother fucking Wii laptop and have now been comissioned to build a PS3 mother fucking laptop.

No complaints so far I guess...

  • mind posting videos for those as well? especially the wii laptop.

  • I would but I have 2 problems.

    1. I do not disclose (as per my agreement with my clients) any portable console I build unless asked otherwise.

    2. I haven't actually made videos of any other console, and I don't have access to them any more to actually make the videos.

  • Oh, btw, it works with normal batteries or rechargable?

And where do you insert the disk? on the back?

    It looks great!

  • Awesome. You deserve subscribe.

  • How much does it weigh?

  • How much /did/ it weigh. (can't do italics)

  • The one in the video was considerably weighty due to the robustness of the plastic. If I remember correctly it was about 4lbs, but I don't have it anymore so I can't weigh it to be sure.

Standard weights vary from gamecube to gamecube because of the vast difference in designs that I have done and parts used.

  • haha yeah so true dood

  • So dude, i think your pretty fair because a lot of work and time goes into just the electronics part, which in my opinion would be the hardest part most of the people asking "make a video on how to do it, or show me how to do it"

If you know jack shit about electronics and or soldering, your fucked. You will fry the console or short it out

  • Exactly.

The reason I don't do a guide is because I've met so many wannabe modders who start the project but don't know how to finish it. They start asking me to make video guides (yeah, because they're cheap enough and simple enough to make with a video that I can just make one no sweat) but then I'd be encouraging them to make them. And when things go tits up for them like it does do for most noobs? Guess which mug is getting questions on how to fix it?

  • And even if they do manage to get the electronics working, they don't know shit about building cases, so it looks like crap and falls apart within seconds.

  • Are some of these people dumb?

    Repeating questions and such.....

Modding requires a fair amount of work, and i can imagine a fair amount of electronic knowledge. I know myself because i have modded many consoles over the years with SMD chips and desoldering SMD components. Also, getting datasheets for old and new consoles is pretty easy on the internet...looking for the right ground points, power ect and modding the screen to read signals from the graphics output and audio

  • do you know how to build one with the broadband adaptor on it so i can play pso?

  • Yes. I built one with a miniature wifi adapter in once.

  • if i were to buy one like that how much would it run?

  • It depends on the cost of parts, etc.. You could be looking anywhere between £200 and £500

  • i bought a gamecube last week!

  • could you make me a pal portable ps2 so i can play kh 2 on the go

  • ffs, if you want a portable and are serious, SEND ME A MESSAGE.

  • wow this is cool

  • lol the users in this video ask so much questions xD

  • Man no wonder you get annoyed, all these people are asking the same question over and over! - it blatently says he only discusses costs in message can people not understand this! lol, great make there bro. Might have to give you a message - take it easy.

  • This is my hell.

  • do u include a charger or do we have to buy one ourselves?

  • Depends on the design. I'll always provide a means of charging the batteries, but each portable is completely designed from scratch for each person, so the battery (if they have one) and charger depends on what is picked.

  • battery life?

  • Depends on the battery its got in it.

Different people want different things, don't want to spend much on batteries, etc, so they get what they pay for. Typical life though has been around 2 hours, but that also depends on the screen used.

  • i wouldnt buy one if its under 2 hour gametime fully charged that would suck u need this for like a airplance ride or right up the cottage or someplace and 2 hour ant going to cut it

  • Well that entirely depends on the battery used. You get what you pay for.

If you intend on taking it on a plane, you'll be pretty disappointed when it gets confiscated.

  • 2 things,

    1. I wonder if the new Apple batteries (iPhone, MacBook Air) would be the best PS for these devices.

    2. Are you saying once in flight, and the captain allows the use of electronic devices, your designs would be confiscated? Do you think that is cause of emissions, or them being mistaken for homemade fake devices and therefore bombs?

  • good jb

  • Interesting design choice! Nintendo ought to buy the design from you...

  • What for?

  • To mass produce. Just because it would be cool!

Still, that thing is pretty sweet!

  • haha, Nintendo wouldn't pay anyone for the right to mass produce their OWN console. Even then, Nintendo would do things from the ground up and shit all over my portables. They wouldn't need anyone.

  • that is so freaking cool if i had the money i would buy one

  • sad how their not in stores

  • Let's imagine i've nothing, no parts, i ask you to just send me it. How much is it?

  • I don't discuss in the comments.

  • if i were to send you my game cube for some parts with a controller, how much would the rest cost???

  • I don't discuss in the comments.

  • send me a mp...

  • If you're a serious buyer, message me.

  • it's very good, but too big, mate... probably heavy... is it possible to make it work using roms ? This way, it will be smaller...

  • To be honest this is as big as it gets. Others that I've built for clients are a lot smaller, but it really does depend on the battery and screen size and the design. The original gamecube can be halved in size making it very compact.

Gamecube doesn't play "ROMs" and there is no working way of playing anything other than discs. Even a hard drive with game images seems to be off the cards for now.

  • is it possibale that you can make me an portable xbox360 xbox live combatibale ( i can give you an 360 for the parts and $200*MAX* TO MAKE IT PM ME

  • if he does make it for you could you like make a vid about it

  • I won't make a vid about it.

  • $200 is NOT enough money to pay for the additional parts that are required to build a portable Xbox 360. Even if it was just about enough, I wouldn't be making a profit, so I have no incentive to take on the work.

Besides, from experience its almost impossible to make an Xbox 360 portable. The thing is just too heavy, it gets too hot and it requires too much power. Laptops without batteries seem to be the way to go.

  • ow im willing to giev you an xbox 360 all parts including 2controllers and $400 i can increase the price to $650(max) i will not go any higher and ill pay for shippingbut how big are we talking about the xbox (in inches) please reply!

  • PM me if you're serious.

  • could you make me one tell

me how tobuy it from you

  • You message me, thats how you buy one.

  • hay um are you going to make a video how to make one

  • No I'm not because there are too many idiots who would expect me to help them if things go wrong. No thanks
