nice, except that freaking over the dirty mango. WHY would you wash it, even with the soap, when you pill the skin??? MY brain doesnt understand this. LOL. I don't like this freaks. You not going to die, after one mango not being washed and plus when the skin goes off. LOL LOL Do you wash a bannana, before you eat it? Or do you wash oranges, before you pill it?

i frequently make mango salsa as well, but have a slightly different approach.

i like to add a small amount of white distilled vinegar, use fresh jalapenos, and red onion opposed to the shallot. i also omit tomatoes.

recently i added a very fresh peach to the mangoes...

i have yet to meet anyone who dislikes my salsa...:)
