And this is a problem in every agency. If the government wasn't so busy pumping money into what's going on overseas and paying attention to what's going on at home, then we wouldn't have these problems. Now because of stupidity we're wasting more money on something that should have been taken care of before.

This country - an it's citizens need to evaluate situations more thoughtfully. Everyone is calling for the "rope passer" - or whatever - to be charged with ridiculous charges.. What about the TSA agent? He is the responsible one here! The delays caused by this was more the TSA's agent's fault than the passenger..
They are going to charge him with a misdemenor, but some people are calling for a federal charge because of all the trouble it caused. Meanwhile the guard is on leave but no charges filed, if anyone gets federal charges, it should be the guard and they should throw the book at him.

The guy who passed the rope should be charged with the minimum, possible charge.. But it needs to go on record. This is corroborated by the fact that the intruder does not walk around the end of the rope (he would have to walk right by the guard) but chooses to slink to the beginning of the rope by the podium to slip under. If the guard was totally gone, he would have just walked around the end of the rope where he was standing.
