I agree that any instructional video is good but that this sequence is very basic and should rapidly develop to get players to make decisions and then decisions under pressure. English, American, Spanish or Italian, don't knock these attempts - coaches can learn too.

It's not a skill-building exercise. It's a technical drill. The players make no decisions at all during the activity. You will not create skilful players without forcing them into new situations where they have to be create their own solutions - so the challenge here is: how so you extend this technical drill to include opposition and decision-making at a level appropriate to these players?

use a three player system. one in the middle is making the decision which to pass to if needed coch will act as an indicator of the defensive pressures for either option guiding the ball handler to develop the decision making skill
