You win, you get the bad ending. Which is why you should really be controlling either Marta or Lloyd for this fight just to beat Emil. Unless this is a trick to make players try to win and want the bad ending.

Do you have a choice whether you want to control Marta or Lloyd, or do you have to play as Emil?
