@RayjiRafna Kefka actually managed to destroy the world, become a god, break the party's airship in half and scatter them across the now destroyed world. He actually managed to ENSLAVE the original gods and make THEM worship HIM, not to mention the rest of humanity.
Seph is awesome, but Kefka is definitely the greatest villain of all time. Seph was (mostly) stopped by Aeris/Aerieth and Cloud, but it took 12 characters all decked out in Esper power including a half-esper to stop Kefka.

He is, indeed, a mindless badguy who cares not about fighting but searching for some great power burst item (the Black Materia, or rather now, any method of controlling the life stream for his own benefit). He even still challenged Cloud, twice, to a one on one duel and lost both. Not only that, yes, he did reach full power as Safer Sephiroth, a full angel as the last boss of FF7.

@RayjiRafna Genesis honestly had very little effect on Seph. If anything, Seph controlled Genesis due to Seph being the superior product of all Jenova experiments. Genesis was very flawed in many ways, which ultimately lead to his "demise." FF7 is the best FF game. FFX is great, definitely the last proper FF Square's made, but FF7, 6, and 9 are the best. I do agree without a doubt that FF13 is by far the worst FF ever conceived. Also, FFX is being remade for PS3 and PS Vita, check it out.

@RayjiRafna You spent more time watching the fights rather than fighting in FF13, I think that's why I disliked it so much. And also because it was extremely linear, even moreso than FFX, all the characters weren't very appealing or memorable, and it was just so radically different from all other FFs. Lightning is a wanna'-be Squall without the "coolness" factor. I hope we can see another FF like FF9 again someday, going back to classic roots.

LOL take a closer look at the buster sword and at 4:14. that stab could have easely destroyed his intestins and sevearly dammeged his spine if not cuting it in two complitely. possible dammege to the stomach wich would release the acids inside and doctors know what ealse was sevearly dammeged. pluss, look carefully at 4:16 at how cloud pulls out the sword, that could have easely finished the job of almost cutting him in half unless the buster sword is dull.

This is due to it being Unrated allowing The Filmmakers to get away with more while The Original Version was Rated PG-13 and thus while The Fights were MUCH More Brutal than The Games , they were STILL Fairly Brief and Bloodless !

@RayjiRafna Genesis honestly had very little effect on Seph. If anything, Seph controlled Genesis due to Seph being the superior product of all Jenova experiments. Genesis was very flawed in many ways, which ultimately lead to his "demise." FF7 is the best FF game. FFX is great, definitely the last proper FF Square's made, but FF7, 6, and 9 are the best. I do agree without a doubt that FF13 is by far the worst FF ever conceived. Also, FFX is being remade for PS3 and PS Vita, check it out.

@genesisSOC the point were ff 13 actually failed is the battle system and the lack of diferent monsters to fight most of them were machines( wich i dont like that final fantasy is goin realistic with guns and stuff grenades were fine but not guns i prever sword combat and hand to hand) and the bosses werent fun they were just fucking with u and causing much stress and that u controll only 1 character and 1 summoning at the time was a massive failure

@RayjiRafna You spent more time watching the fights rather than fighting in FF13, I think that's why I disliked it so much. And also because it was extremely linear, even moreso than FFX, all the characters weren't very appealing or memorable, and it was just so radically different from all other FFs. Lightning is a wanna'-be Squall without the "coolness" factor. I hope we can see another FF like FF9 again someday, going back to classic roots.

LOL take a closer look at the buster sword and at 4:14. that stab could have easely destroyed his intestins and sevearly dammeged his spine if not cuting it in two complitely. possible dammege to the stomach wich would release the acids inside and doctors know what ealse was sevearly dammeged. pluss, look carefully at 4:16 at how cloud pulls out the sword, that could have easely finished the job of almost cutting him in half unless the buster sword is dull.

I keep shaking my head at cloud's mistakes here, one hes a soldier grunt, if had just walked up behind sephiroth and shot him several times with his rifle, and then cut his head off with the buster sword, all the problems(Well 85% of the problems) would taken care off, but still its in the script....but still....CLOUD YOU IDIOT!!

This is due to it being Unrated allowing The Filmmakers to get away with more while The Original Version was Rated PG-13 and thus while The Fights were MUCH More Brutal than The Games , they were STILL Fairly Brief and Bloodless !
