Yes, Hogan is nearly a foot taller than Valentino, so Valentino's 28 inch biceps look ridiculously big on him, where on someone who is around 6' 5 would carry arms that size a lot better.

Ronnie Coleman is 5' 11. Being 5 inches shorter than Hulk is a big difference, it's like comparing someone 5' 7 to someone 6'. I'm not saying that I believe Hulk's arms are really 24 inches, I doubt it, and even if they were, they aren't as impressive as Arnold's considering Hulk isn't that cute, he's more cut now that he was in this video.

I have seen very tall bodybuilders with arms that lack the thickness of someone shorter. I guess I just don't see how he claims to have 24 inch arms when it is clear that he just clears the 20-21 mark.

Well originally I was just bringing up height because you were saying that if Hulk's arms were 24 inches, he would be close to looking as grotesque as Gregg Valentino, who has 28 inch arms. Which isn't true, because Gregg Valentino is only 5' 5 as he himself has stated. Imagine taking Valentino just as he is, and put in him a frame of 6' 4, he wouldn't look nearly as ridiculous as he does. As for Hulk's arms and exaggeration, that's the name of the game for pro-wrestling.

That's right. Wrestlers have a lot of overall bodysize because they're large-boned and have pretty high bodyfat percentages. A smaller bodybuilder may look bigger than them because of their quality. I'v seen 16" arms that look like 20's.

I know a lot of small guys around 5' 8 who look really buff (and they are for their size) but if you were to take that mass and put it into a frame 6' 4 they would look really skinny.
