For what it's worth (which is very little), i have heard people say Cockerill is just an arrogant bully. The only kind of camcorder around at the time was vhs and they were like the size of the cameras the BBC use and cost about 3 grand. There were never any pre arranged fights in the later years forLee or brian, CCTV footage accidently dissapeared before the cops got hold of it if ever there was a fight in a club ( Some people were pretty badly beaten up ) and Brian would have been looking at years in jail.

He was remanded for a few weeks and Tommy Harrison put surity up to get him bail (on a murder charge) Eventually Allo was given two years probation( for murder!) The police were just happy to see the back of Lee.

When Duffy swung another punch at Allo, Allo stabbed him in the arm pit(artery).

Allo was also given bail while he was waitting to go on trial! How many people do you know that are given bail for a murder they admit? there is one thing that puzzles me re duffy and cockerill and it's this. they are (WERE) rumoured to have fought guys many many times in their lives but there is NOTHING on video of them doing so. there were camcorders around at the time these fellas were in their prime, so why no footage of them scrapping? i'm on cockerill's side because he never hit an innocent guy. duffy did, many times. that's why duffy is still hated in the boro, cockerill isn't. @nuipret There was no cctv,dvd camcorders,mobile phones,around when lee was in his prime. The only kind of camcorder around at the time was vhs and they were like the size of the cameras the BBC use and cost about 3 grand. There were never any pre arranged fights in the later years forLee or brian, CCTV footage accidently dissapeared before the cops got hold of it if ever there was a fight in a club ( Some people were pretty badly beaten up ) and Brian would have been looking at years in jail.

@alex131194 Brian didn't stab Duffy, someone else did. Apparently they did fight once, and Brian got the best of him. Duffy was gutted and didn't leave the house for weeks. They teamed up for a while after. That's what it says in some book anyway.
