OMG!!! Hahahahahaha!! This is epic, priceless even!! It's always good when we can laugh at the humourous side of the service...it's not all business & political correctness. Thanks for the laugh, guys :)
I know its was all in fun, but this in my opinion it makes the SES look like dickheads.
I know the SES Members all over Australia are very and highly trained in proper procedures in Rescue and think it would have been better to portray this in the Lego's Animations.
As for the Lego Animation Work it is very well done.
Andyhsvfan, you are a wanker. It's tossers like you who give all volunteer service personel a bad name and make other people think we are all wankers, like you. Instead of picking on 'OH&S' issues, in what is clearly a video made in jest, maybe you could pay more attention to the positives, like how much work has obviously gone into a movie like this. Milt57, well done, this is a fantastic movie, really entertaining. Andyhsvfan, you are seriously a wanker, and a crank dick head, get a life.
Andyhsvfan - clearly you are a wanker. You're one of those crank idiots that give all voluteer services a bad name, it's wankers like you who make people think we are all tossers like you. Cearly this video was done in jest, and it was very well done, so I think instead of pointing out flaws, maybe show appreciation to the good points as clearly, alot of work has gone into it. Milt57, well done, this movie is fantastic. Andyhsvfan, get a life you wanker.
Absolutely brilliant... its now doing the rounds of Murrumbidgee region NSW lol and yes I have to agree..showing this at induction would be hilarious.. even if the participants didn't get the gist.. the trainers would have a huge laff haha can just see it now lol
hehehehehe I loved it! Where on earth did you find SES Legos??? Poor Spesh and Drew. Go Richard! Excellent team leading skills there. Excellent comms work too. Did Grant have a hangover though? He's wearing some seriously dark sunglasses. Glad Heather was there to save the day in the end. I miss those bikkies!
'tis a hilarious video, but I'm not sure how many inductees would get the humour - we all know it's funny, but we've been on the ground and know WHY it's funny...
@hamlethaven53 I'm going through induction now, and no offence to my trainers but I plan on making a power point for that book we get in induction just to make it a little more interesting. but yeah great ice-breaker, love it.
I am an SES member myself and this is not how it's done. There is soooo much OH&S issues for one and comms needs more help and you don't go EVS to an animal rescue or need air support as well. Also you cant leave the station without a team leader and you cant rock off for one. But other than that, very good.
Thanks for your comments, Well it was all done in jest, as i am an officer at our unit and this was done for our members at a yearly dinner function, it was done doing all things wrong as you have said, our members enjoyed it too, a good example of what not to do, although I know you know this.
Nice spotting Sherlock, Did you also notice they were'nt wearing Lego gloves on their Lego hands when they tied a clove hitch? And where does it state in the Code Of Ethics or the SOP's you can't rock off for team leader?. You fail to see the humour in it?..Identity withheld...
I was only joking, as I knew it was based on humour. And you're right about the SOP's, I should try to rock off for team leader the next job we get. But somehow I know my Controller wont like that, all well.
... i have been studying different medians in VCE media and i have seen what it takes to make a stop animation... Milt, you did an awesome job... its so funny...
Thanks heaps Jess, these comments mean alot to me, will get me primmed for my next animation, let me know if you want to to one I can show you how. It takes time but its easy, thanks Jess.
Very well done for your first attempt, loved the part about the OHS issues and the cuppa and a bickie anyone. Go Monster productions, want to see more.
Hilarious. Everyone is so true to charactor and the details you put into each charactor made them easy to pick out. Heather is my favourite. Cuppa and a bickie anyone :-)
Thanks a lot for your comment, not sure if its the best, but for my first lego animation, I thought I did ok. thanks again for your comment, do you think you could rate it too? Regards Milton.

If I had Lego firemen like that, I would use them for a video about a huge wildfire threatening Lego City.
