@rockbutt123 Dave isn't the only male in the scene wearing a dress, so he did make his point. Besides, Dave wore long hair to play L'il John, Prince and Rick James. Any hair is long hair when you bust bald normally.
But there is the fact that they only wanted him and only him to be dressed like a hooker.
Here he is in a full-on costume that covers everything, with other people using the same clothes and other actors like him using the same type of outfits.
You need to see the difference, before you feel the urge to spread hate.
@MrRetlav This is also when he was fairly new to the industry. He hadn't really broke out big on the scene yet. So that could be another reason why he would stoop to making this scene.
