It´s a code name, really: we just call it the "Upper Itchen" because it´s way up north (well above the arctic circle), and sort of resembles the legendary Itchen in parts. And, frankly, also because we don´t want to reveal the true name of this little gem online. Our film "Les Vaches et Les Mouches" illustrates the resemblance slightly better;)
