I wanted the wireless keyboard so bad but it is so hard to connect to a windows xp and costed extra money i heard. Then I found this keyboard its so much better because I use the keypad ALOT. btw a question could I charge my ipod touch with this keyboard?

I do not like this keyboard at all. If it was mechanical it would be so much better, but the typing on this keyboard is horrible. I hate it.

@kzxflash35 Yes. Just go to the iMac online store configuration options, and select the wired keyboard. Price remains the same as the wireless one.

@XEXLoBByHD it works on windows me, widows 98, widows 2000, windows xp, windows vista, windows 7, google chome, mac os x, linux, and that operating system made 100 years ago, in other words it works with everything, it's a keyboard.

@3Z3K13L08 its noisy as fuck and it bothers other people?? its also way slower to type on.. plus design is very important to some people :)

@kinomoto0005 It depends on what mechanical switch the keyboard uses. Cherry blacks on one hand are very quiet and you don't need much force to depress the keys. Cherry blue's on the other had are your classic 'old school' mechanical keyboard, very clicky and stiff keys.

I'm under the impression they are better (read: faster) to type on, hence why typists swear by them are are widely used throughout the world over rubber membrane boards.
