there are a few variations of pull ups out there smarty pants, the "wounded frog" pull up is actually called a kipping pull up. In work outs at crossfit sometimes we have to do hundreds of pull ups in a work out so we do Kipping pull ups or Butterfly pull ups or pull ups with a band. you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. If you know so much about pull ups and are so effing critical of ours why don't you post a video of you doing them. if you dont, then shut up you crazy.
