I took so many people for rides in my Sprint II. They would usually bring a friend who often protested how they would never go up in that thing. We'd come back, landing like a butterfly with huge smiles and the 'never go up' friend would always ask for a ride.
It is basically a quicksilver. This plane has a reputation as stable and forgiving, but I would not go so far as to call any flying machine "safe" - that is mostly a function of the pilot! That said, the Quicksilver line would be a fine choice to buy. Cost is in the 15K and up range last time I looked.
some of the comments from non-flyers are amusing to say the least! We live in a golden age; we can fly in microlights/ultralights without breaking the bank, we should consider ourselves lucky that we can do what previously only a lucky few experienced.
