  • you helped me so much, thanks !

  • Good work bro-you got this spot on.

  • Wow!

One year I've been looking for good lessons. Some are excellent guitar teacher but you're the first one that actually 1- Explains the chords, the strumming, do the signing and do the practice session!

Too bad there isn't 6 stars to give!!! "If you missed something, rewind it and make me do it all over again..." Wouaaaa!

    Thanks a million!

  • Hey, thanks for that. Made my day. I've been recovering from back surgery and have been off work from teaching for two months and have been pretty bummed out, so thanks, for real.

    - E

  • Glad it made you feel better (you deserve it!!!)

    Get well!

    We need you!!! ;o)

  • @Groundhogmusic Haha, I'm sitting around recovering from back surgery myself, trying to practice and get better at guitar. Thanks so much for this video, it made me finally figure out why I couldn't get this song to sound quite right. Great tutorial.

  • @patkayak : You said it all and I totally agree. Groundhogmusic...you are SUPERB!!!!

  • Thanks lots of tips and tricks

  • You are a goldmine man. And you blew my mind.

The harm'ony you play is soo locked in! Good job.

  • Great lesson man! you kinda look and sound like Johnny Knoxville

  • Totally Agree with the last post.

    Simply great lesson.

Can you do one for "Hey Hey My My" ??

    Neil Young ... Rocks !!!!

    Thanks so much.

  • Great lesson, thanks for posting this.

I think only a lesson from Neil himself would better (only just!) this.

It's took a couple of days for me but I'm nearly there, just need to work on the G + C walk up and downs. If you get a chance please post some more Neil Young songs because your;ve got him off to a T.

  • very good lesson.

I have never attempted to play this song and typed in heart of gold lesson and you came up. I am now playing and singing the whole tune in 10 minutes time.

    Thanks for posting this!!!

  • Amazing job, sounds great . Great passion

  • you lost me a couple of times, it was good but consider redoing it. KEEP ON ROCKIN'!

  • I believe you lost him homie

  • Is that a seagull your sporting?

  • Yep yep.

  • Cool, I just got one last July, great sound

  • Man that's awesome! I like the sound of the diatonic compared to chromatic.. sounds more back-woods. You're and excellent singer and guitar player too. I see you have a Tak G series in the background. I had the 12 string. It was brutal on the fingers even after adjusting the rod. I sold it.

  • Thanks for explaining the walk ups and the base notes add an edge that is missing from other videos

  • Perfect, tell your a good musician. Thanx
