What's it like nowadays for a boy of, say, 12 to 14 to be gay at school? Could he be open and honest about it or not?

I got hell in the 80's even though I never admitted it. The showers after PE were the worst cos everyone had to do it naked! Does this still happen in schools now? How do gay kids cope?

It was harmless fun and both of these guys are not Gay, so there is no worry of them being insulted (and they both know that this video is on here and are not offended by it). However, I have realised that the title of this video is offending other viewers, but I cannot change that because the account this video is on got hacked, so I made a new one. There is nothing I can do.

What I was wanting to find out was how gay kids cope these days at school. If these boys were gay how would they and their class mates deal with it? Would anyone that age be open about it and not get bullied as I did? Or would they have to stay in the closet for fear of abuse?

@Nigel16032009 Probably in this school they wouldn't come clean because they would be afraid of being bullied. However, there was one kid in my year that did come clean, but no-one seemed to care. Although, I think this was because we were mature (15- 16), but for the younger years, it seems like they would get bullied because they are uneducated in this area: they don't understand enough about it. However, now that there are new laws for bullying, there is hardly any bullying what so ever!

I made this video (I'm the girl right at the start of this video) and this video was created 4 years ago now. Yes we are British, and yes this is a British school that wears Blazers. Now I titled this video as "Gay boys" because us English sometimes use the word Gay as an insult to other people, such as calling them stupid or what ever.
