excellent, what type of fly did you use? Im going fishing today and was considering the doon, by the way thats easily the biggest fish ive ever seen coming out of the doon, well done mate!
Great stuff Will! Looks like a great pool. That last 10 feet or so before the sill where the water pours over into rapids is a classic fish holding area! Glad you managed to stop him going over it!

My friend lost a bigger (he says!) one this year on the same beat. Sort o shrimp fly I think version of an ally shrimp.
