Its not house design software, its part of a PC game called The Sims 2 which allows you to build houses.

the house on the inside is very cool,but I don't like that the rooms are too small and...I can make better the interior design.

That's great. I wish I could import my houses from my console version of the sims 1 to my computer. I take pride in the many houses Ive made on it.
