Hello guys, i received my n900 from the nokia flagship store NY the last dec 23th and everything was great but in friday it started to restart without apparently reason and after some more reboots the phone died : (....i sent it to nokia and im waiting for it now, but i got surprised about how many people have the same problem when i searched on google problems like mine.....the n900 is exelent but i think it was released "to the steam"

The phone can be used in portrait mode when phoning, and Nokia will make more content for portrait with subsequent updates. The phone/netbook has some capabilities which will have to be supported by 3rd party developers. I.e the front camera, MMS, infrared port and FM receiver along with exclusive portait mode. Nothing to stop apps being made in portrait mode though.

I am looking forward to this phone.readin the specs, it seems to have the Identical CPU as iPhone,RAM is the same as well. I hope that this will have access to better 3rd party game designers than previously like with 5800(current phone) Cuz honestly, 5800 was a bit of a letdown for me.. plus it's cheaply made. I love nokia, only strayed from them once, when i got a RAZR.. and that wasnt on purpose, it was cause my 6600(old 6600, not 6600slide/fold) was broken. I have high hopes for this phone=)

Even if it was true companies use cross patents all the time. Nokia got tons of GSM patents that Iphone is pound to use.

On capacitive devices everything is bigger cos u have to press with finger and not nail, finger edge or stylus...
